How do I access Plumb’s Pro?

We designed the Plumb’s platform to be fast, accurate, and accessible anywhere: From a phone, a tablet, or desktop or laptop computer. Plumb’s is responsive, which means you can access it from any internet browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Safari) on any device. The iOS and Android apps are also free to download once you subscribe, and Plumb’s Pro features will be available in the apps in summer 2022.

Do I have to pay to get the subscription?

Thrive Pet Healthcare has approved you to allocate your discretionary fund towards this purchase. Once you subscribe, you can then submit the expense for reimbursement through your hospital’s typical protocols (eg, Workday).

How do I get the benefit if I’m already subscribed to Plumb’s?

When you fill out the form, select Yes when prompted to indicate you’re an existing Plumb’s subscriber. Once you submit the form, you’ll be directed to sign in and upgrade your subscription. Your original payment method will be refunded the prorated amount for any unused service term.
